BEAUTY PAGEANT NEWS

Maria Fernanda Cornejo, Miss Ecuador, was crowned Miss International 2011 at the finale of the Pageant held Sunday November 6, 2011 at the Sichuan Province Gymnasium in Chengdu, China.
The first runner-up was Jessica Barboza from Venezuela. The second runner-up was Tugsuu Idersaikhan from Mongolia. The third runner-up was Keity Mendieta from Panama and the fourth runner-up was Desiree del Rio from Puerto Rico. The top three winners will stay in China for an extra week to attend commitments with sponsors of the pageant.

Top 15 completed with Brazil (Gabriella Marcelino), Latvia (Lelde Paulsone), Lebanon (Maria Farah), Netherlands (Tali Hertsenberg), Philippines (Dianne Necio), Russia (Elena Chepilchenko), Sweden (Denise Andree), Thailand (Kantapat Peerdachainarin), Trinidad & Tobago (Renee Bhagwandeen) and Vietnam (Truong Tri Truc Diem).
- Special Awards:
Miss Photogenic was Miss Venezuela, while there was a tie in the Miss Friendship award between Hawaii and Mexico. China won Miss Talent, Thailand won best National Costume, Philippines won Miss Internet and Ecuador bagged the titles of Miss Beauty and Best Figure.

Ankita Shorey was crowned Pantaloons Femina Miss India International 2011 on April 14th, 2011. Ankita Shorey will represent India in Miss International 2011 Pageant.

Adrianna Wojciechowska will represent Poland in Miss International 2011 in Chengdu, China on November 7. Adrianna is 25 year old and stands 1.79m. Adrianna was selected and supported by the regional organizer of Miss Polonia of Łódź Voivodeship – “IGO-ART” Agency.

My name is Patricia Da Silva and I´m 21 years old. I was born and I live in Switzerland, but my parents are from Portugal and therefore I am also a proud Portuguese. Every year, I go to Portugal on holiday to calm down my longing. I am in the 3rd year in medical study but now I’ve stopped my studies for one year to be concentrate in my obligations as Miss Republica Portuguesa International 2011. In my free time I like to spend with my family and colleagues.I like to do sports and reading books are also a part of my hobbies. I was crowned Miss International Portugal 2011 and I will represent my country from 20 October – 7 November in China in the Miss International 2011. Miss Vietnam International 2011 is Nguyen Thai Ha?
According to some beauty pageant outlets, model Nguyen Thai Ha has been selected to represent Vietnam in Miss International 2011, which is scheduled to take place Chengdu, China. Thai Ha from Hanoi is 24 year old and stands 1.76m. She was the second runner-up in Miss Hanoi 2005 contest.Thai Ha represented Vietnam in Miss Tourism Queen International 2009. Road to Miss International 2011: More photos of Miss Venezuela International Jessica Barboza. Jessica Cristina Barboza Schmidt was born on August 14, 1987. She was crowned Miss Earth Venezuela 2009 and Miss Venezuela International 2010. In Miss Earth 2009 pageant held in Boracay, Philippines, on November 22, 2009, Barboza was crowned Miss Earth-Water (the 2nd runner-up). Jessica Barboza, representing Distrito Capital, was crowned Miss Venezuela International 2010 at the final of Miss Venezuela 2010 Pageant held in Maracaibo City on October 28,2010.
