The finale of Miss Russia 2014 pageant will be held on 1st of March 2014 at the Barvikha Luxury Village concert hall in Moscow. 50 finalists from around the country will be vying for the title. The 10 contestants with the most online votes will make it into the Top 20. The other 10 contestants will be selected by a professional jury. The reigning Miss Russia 2013 Elmira Abdrazakova will crown her successor at the conclusion of the event. The winner will be representing Russia in both Miss World 2014 and Miss Universe 2014 pageant.

According to the organizers, reigning Miss Universe Gabriela Isler and Miss World Megan Young will be among the judges at the finale of Miss Russia 2014.

According to the organizers, the Miss Russia National Beauty Contest has launched a new online casting campaign that is the largest and most innovative initiative in the pageant’s 90-year history.
The newly re-launched www.missrussia.ru website allows any woman meeting the contest’s criteria to enter online castings by submitting video and photos. Previously, participation was only possible in person at regional and Moscow castings.
The campaign, called “Who, if not you?,” represents a significant investment by the Miss Russia contest, which is a symbol of beauty and success in Russia. The campaign allows any visitor to www.missrussia.ru to vote, and winners will receive immediate cash prizes in weekly online competitions.
The prizes, awarded by Russian Standard Bank, the Miss Russia contest’s General Partner, range from $3,000 to $10,000. The “Who, if not you?” campaign will be promoted heavily in Russian social media, and in an online advertising campaign.
Visitors to www.missrussia.ru will feel like jury members, able to support their favorite participant by taking direct part in choosing the finalists of Miss Russia 2014. All finalists of online rounds will take part in a final casting for Miss Russia 2014.
