Normally, Miss Tchad pageant is held in December. However, because of technical and financial reasons, the pageant did not take place on the usual date. At the beginning, the organizing right was entrusted to a Cameroonian communication agency by the Ministry of Culture while ASRAR EVENTS, a Chadian event organizer, had already obtained the agreement for its organization. ASRAR EVENTS took the case to the Supreme Court, which dismissed the Ministry of Culture’s decision and restored its right of organizing the Miss Chad pageant.
