Mercedes Bissio was crowned Miss World Uruguay 2013 on January 20, 2013 at Chihuahua Resort in Punta del Este. The beauty is 23 years old and stands . She will represent Uruguay in the upcoming Miss World 2013 beauty pageant, scheduled to take place in Indonesia on Sptember 24, 2013.
