Kristina Ayanian is the winner of Miss Massachusetts Outstanding Teen 2013 and will compete in Miss America’s Outstanding Teen 2014
Kristina Ayanian was crowned Miss Massachusetts Outstanding Teen 2013 on February 17, 2013. She will represent Massachusetts in the Miss America’s Outstanding Teen 2014 beauty pageant this August in Orlando, FL.

The teen pageant is the younger-sister pageant within the Miss America Organization. The reigning Miss America’s Outstanding Teen 2013 is Rachel Wyatt of South Carolina.

Ayanian, 15, is a resident of Burlington who attends Burlington High School. She plays the piano for her talent competition. Her pageant platform is “”Food is Not a Privilege – It is a Right: Fighting Hunger Today.”
She has been active in pageants for at least five years and was first runner-up at the Miss Massachusetts’ Outstanding Teen 2012.
She was the winner in the acting category at the 2007 National American Miss Massachusetts Jr. Pre-Teen Pageant; and also the winner in the acting category at the 2008 National Miss Massachusetts Teen Pageant.
