This year’s pageant, in its 12th edition, attracted the participants from 25 countries and is hailed as the world’s largest and most popular transgender pageant.
Like other beauty pageants, contestants paraded in national costumes, evening gowns and swimsuits.
The pageant was initially planned for November 2-16 but was postponed until this year because of Thailand’s mourning period of its late King Bhumibol Adulyadej who died at age 88 on Oct. 13.
