Jessica Frith Crowned Miss District of Columbia USA 2013

Jessica Frith was crowned Miss District of Columbia USA 2013 (Miss DC USA 2013) at the Grand Ballroom of the L’Enfant Praza Hotel at 480 L’Enfant Praza, SW, District of Columbia on December 2, 2012. The beauty from Houston, Texas is 26 years old and stands 5’7″. She will represent the District of Columbia in the Miss USA 2013 pageant.

Jessica Frith being crowned Miss District of Columbia USA 2013

Jessica won the tittle at her first attempt at the state pageant. However, she is no stranger at beauty pageant. Her cousin, Miss Teen Texas 2003, helped her to prepare for the evening gown portion by suggesting a trip to Miami’s La Casa Hermosa, where she secured her red sequined competition outfit.

The first runner-up was Candiace Dillard. The second runner-up was Ciera Nicole Butts. The third runner-up was Lauren Brown and the fourth runner-up was Jessica Bermudez.

At the same event, Despina Ades was crowned Miss District of Columbia Teen USA 2013 and will compete in the Miss Teen USA 2013 beauty pageant.
