Cynthia Kutscher was crowned Miss Earth Uruguay 2012 on January 30, 2012. Cynthia, a model and an architecture, is 23 year old and stands 1.70 m. She is the first-ever Miss Earth Uruguay an will represent the country in Miss Earth 2012 pageant in Vietnam. Mariana Pellejero, Agustina Mederos and Andrea Vezzoso were the runner-up.
