Courtney Byrd, was crowned the title of Miss Mississippi USA 2015 at the conclusion of the state pageant held on Saturday, November 1st, 2014 at the Gold Strike Casino Resort in Tunica, Mississippi. She will represent the state of Maryland at the Miss USA 2015 pageant, competing for the right to represent the United States at Miss Universe 2015 pageant.

At the time of her crowning, Courtney Byrd is the reigning Miss North Mississippi USA. She was the first runner-up in Miss Mississippi USA 2014 pageant last year. Courtney is from Jackson, Tennessee and attends the University of Mississippi as a Business Marketing major with a minor in Spanish. As well as her USA experience, Courtney competed at Miss Tennessee 2013.

The first runner-up was Jayce Henry, who was the second runner-up in Miss Mississippi USA 2014;
The second runner-up was Haley Sowers, former Miss Mississippi Teen USA 2010;
The third runner-up was Chandler Short, who was a runner-up in Miss Illinois Teen USA 2012;
The fourth runner-up was Carly Hadaway, a newcomer.
The semi-finalists were completed with Caroline Conerly, Amelie Davis, Julie Falgout, Jeanna Freeman, Hanna Harris, Juliette King, Rebecca Mathis, Molly Nail, Kaitlyn Orth, Rebekah Otey, and Cornelia Thornton.
Miss Congeniality went to Sadie Johnson of Alcorn Co;
Miss Photogenic went to Hanna Harris of South Madison Co.
At the same event, Andrea Hightower was crowned Miss Mississippi Teen USA 2015 and will compete in the Miss Teen USA 2015 pageant. Her court includes the first runner-up Laine Mansour, the second runner-up McKaylan Gray, the third runner-up Erica Riddick and the fourth runner-up Madyson Williams.
