Road to Miss World 2012:
21-year-old Marie Hughes was crowned Miss Ireland 2012 at the finale of the national pageant held at the Ballsbridge Hotel on April 28, 2012. She will represent Ireland at the Miss World 2012 Pageant to be held in China this August. The first runner-up is Rebecca Maguire and the second runner-up is Katie McAuley.
